Rifat Munim is an editor, journalist, bilingual writer and translator based in Dhaka. His books include Bangladesh: A Literary Journey Through 50 Short Stories (ed.). His essay on the stories and novels written by Bangladesh’s preeminent writer Akhtaruzzaman Elias has been included in ‘The Palgrave Encyclopedia of Urban Literary Studies’. He was one of the editors of a special issue entitled Speak Out! which is focused on freedom of expression and published by Commonwealth Foundation. His articles on freedom of expression and different aspects of Bengali and South Asian fiction have appeared in Outlook India, World Literature Today, Scroll, Asia Democracy Chronicles, Asia News Network, Dhaka Tribune and The Daily Star. His English translations of Bangladeshi fiction and poetry have appeared in acclaimed literary magazines including Your Impossible Voice, Bengal Lights, and The Daily Star. He moderated many panel discussions at the Dhaka Literary Festival, most notably the one featuring Booker-winning writer Geetanjali Shree and translator Daisy Rockwell. He's also worked as an editor, translator, writer, trainer and workshop facilitator for many national and international NGOs and UN agencies.

Farhana Susmita is Assistant Professor, Department of English, Jagannath University. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English Literature from Dhaka University. She is a writer, translator, and film critic. Her articles have appeared in the journals of Dhaka University and the University of Liberal Arts. She is also a contributor to Dhaka Tribune and The Daily Star.

With a background as a Content Adaptation Consultant for Duolingo, he is affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Linguists (UK) and holds an Associate Membership in the American Translators Association (US). Hironmoy has earned an MA in Creative Writing (EN) and a BA in English Literature from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. He is proficient in utilising CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) tools, including SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, and Phrase.

Md. Marouf Kholifa is a journalist, translator and freelance writer. He has translated toolkits, guidelines and reports from English to Bengali for several NGOs, including Care Bangladesh, Sajida Foundation, Winrock International, Ain O Salish Kendra and Save the Children. Currently, he works as a sub-editor for the Bangla Department of Dhaka Tribune.
